FAQ

How much of the proceeds go to the Humane Society?

- We dedicate 10% of net profits to StarkHumane.org and plan to expand to other shelters and causes in 2019! The money goes towards the protection, prevention, taking care of sheltered animals, and awareness of euthanasia. We have donated $150,000 since 2015 and are committed to donate a minimum of $150,000 in 2018!

What is your return policy?

Please note that our Holiday exchange policy will be extended so that all orders placed in November as gifts will have an opportunity to exchange their items after Christmas through Jan 1 2019.

- If you would like to make an exchange, we will accept an exchange as long as you contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will provide merchandise credit upon receiving the items.

Please note that all items must be unwashed and unworn. Items sent back with any stains including makeup and deodorant stains, will not be accepted for exchange. Original Shipping charges are not refundable. Please do not send back smelling like smoke.

Can I use more than one discount code per order?

Unfortunately we only allow one discount code/ discount per order. 

I received a damaged item. What should I do?

- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of the delivery date, and we would be happy to resolve the issue for you. 

I love my new shirt! How should I wash it?

Please wash in cold water with like colors.

Will you have more designs, sizes, and styles in the future?

- Yes, we are working hard on our product line! Dog clothes coming soon!

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we do!

Where is your company located?

- Pawz is located in North Canton, Ohio

How long will it take to receive my order?

- Orders ship everyday but Sunday at 9pm eastern time so if you order early in the morning it may ship the same day.

Will I be notified when my order is shipped?

- Yes! You will receive a confirmation email after you have placed your order, and another when your order is sent out. 

Will I receive a tracking number?

- Yes of course! All orders are shipped through USPS and include tracking. The tracking number will be sent to the email that you provided at checkout, as soon as your order ships. Please note that the Order Number is not your tracking number. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept both PayPal and credit card payments! You do not need a PayPal account to pay!

Will my card be charged when I order?

All customers are charged at the time of purchase as this is how our website platform functions. We apologize for any inconvenience. 

Do you have a sizing chart? This is good for our long sleeves! If you click on an individual product it will show its own size chart!

Yes! All measurements are in inches

 

Do you cover any customs fees set by our country?

 Pawz does not cover any additional fees/costs/tariffs that your country may require.
